Louis Vuitton Cruise '15 Show

Hi sweethearts,

How is your weekend so far? Mine consist out of work, work, work... That's why I couldn't show you this yesterday. Louis Vuitton showed his first Cruise collection that was designed by Nicolas Ghesquière. It was the second collection Nicolas designed for Louis Vuitton. The show took place in Monaco. Of course all the important people from the fashion world were there, sitting front row in there most amazing outfits. Don't we all dream of that?! I know I do.. But luckily for us Louis Vuitton Live streamed the show so we could made our own couch the front row!
I didn't had time to watch it, but I did today and I think this collection is incredible. They used a lot of nice printed items in the most beautiful fabrics, like silk and lace. I think it's an amazing collection with an unique touch.. make sure you watch it!

Cannes Film Festival Top 5 Red Carpet Dresses

Hi Sweethearts,

Today a quick post about the Cannes Film Festival 2014. It's the 67th edition and the opening film was the film about Grace of Monaco. But of-course we are going to talk about the red carpet. As every year the celebs made there walk down the red carpet in the most stunning outfits. I collected my top 5 of this years red carpet dresses.

1. Nicole Kidman. She wears a dress from Armani Privé Couture from the SS14 collection. It has a beautiful strapless top and the dress is falling smoothly around her legs. The blue colored bejeweled dress is definitely my favorite!

2. Blake Lively. She looks stunning in a beautiful deep red dress from Gucci Premiere. The dress reveals her gorgeous legs through a slit on the side. The beautiful nude heeled sandals are a perfect combination with the color of the dress.

3. Third place goes to Sofia Coppola who wore a dress from the Valentino Pre-Fall collection 2014. It's a simple black dress above the knees, the lace and jewels are making the dress really feminine. I love how this simple dress is making her look gorgeous!

 4. Kendall Jenner. She appeared on the red carpet wearing Chanel and you can never go wrong with Chanel. The dress is from the Chanel Resort Fall collection 2013-14. What I like about the dress is how it seems to flow around her body, like it's made for her! The black and white accents on the dress are making it very classy.

5. Last but not least, Adèle Exarchopoulos. She looks beautiful in a Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2014 dress. The dress has a black top that has a very revealing neckline and a white skirt with a silver line in the front. I like how the dress is tough and feminine at the same time.

Which Red Carpet outfit is your favorite?

Chanel Cruise Show

Hi loved-ones,
How is your week so far? Mine is great, I came back from Paris sunday night and it was amazing! We had a lot of rain but that didn't took away the magic of Paris.. I had a blast!
But today I'm going to talk about the Chanel Cruise Show.

This year the show was in Dubai and it was amazing! Not only the location was extravagant also the building was pretty spectacular. It was exclusively build for Chanel and had the famous double C logo all over it! Everything had an Arabic touch, the audience was sitting on the ground on comfy cushioned seatings and there were palm trees inside!

The collection itself had an Arabic influence as well because it captured a lot of patterned items made of shiny fabrics. There were bags with a jerry-can kind of shape and even the shoes had a middle east touch. Here are the first photos of this amazing show!

So what do you think of the Chanel Cruise Show? I think Karl Lagerfeld did an amazing job, not only the clothes are stunning also the location is magical! I can't wait to see more, can you?

The MET Gala 2014

Hi Loves,

How is life treating you? We celebrated Freedom yesterday, because it was Liberation day in Holland. It's important to release how privileged we are to life in a free land, that we can be who we are, that we can go were ever we want, that we can be ourself in every kind of way.
Of course my attention wasn't only by celebrating freedom, there was something else that was on my mind. Obviously I'm talking about the MET gala 2014. The MET gala, also known as the MET ball or the Costume Institute Gala, is a yearly event organized by Anna Wintour. It's such a lovely event, not only because it's a fundraiser, but everybody (actor, designer, model, singer and so on) is making an appearance wearing the most beautiful outfits! This years theme was Charles James, a designer better known as the America's first couturier and it was hosted by one of my favorite celebrities, Sarah Jessica Parker.
Nobody was wearing a real Charles James, but the dresses and outfit were definitely catwalk-worthy!
I collected my favorite outfits for you.

What is your favorite outfit? and what do you think of the MET gala?
