Outfit Of The Day

Hi lovelies,

How are you today? I'm great, because i'm finally done with my exams! Maybe I need to do some her-exams, but first I will take a week off and do a lot of fun things with my Boyfriend, friends and family. Of course I saw the Dutch national team play their last game on the first round of the world championship and they won! So Monday-evening was already one big party for us, I watched it with a couple of friends and we celebrated it downtown.
Two days ago my Boyfriend celebrated his birthday. We went out with his family to grab a nice diner at this beautiful and delicious restaurant in Amsterdam. Because of this occasion I pulled out my high heels and my gorgeous Clutch from BCBG Maxazria. I combined it with a white trouser to give my look a classic touch. I took a simple white blazer with me for outside (which you don't see on the picture) to complete my look for the evening. I wanted to share this look with you because I think it's such a cute - chic look and it really reflects my personal style.

New In: Sam Edelman Heeled Sandals

Hi loved-ones,

How is your weekend so far? Did you had some fun-time yesterday? I'm currently studying for my last exams, hopefully I will pass all of them so I can write my thesis next school year. To pamper myself I bought these AMAZING Sam Edelman Heeled Sandals. They not only look gorgeous, they are also made of soft leather which makes them so comfortable, I didn't got painful feet at all! Because of the block heel I can wear them all day and not get tired feet. So they are definitely on my favorite shoes to wear list from now on. What do you think of them?

6 WAYS TO WEAR A KIMONO

How are you today? I'm still having some busy weeks ahead of me, so I try to enjoy every free minute I have. But for know I wanna talk to you about the Kimono.
You probably know the Kimono, originally from the Japanese culture. But it's making his entrance into the fashion world really quickly. Festival season has begun and I spotted different fashion-bloggers with this piece of clothing hanging around their shoulders. It's such an easy item to wear, you can wear it with ripped short, cool boots and a fringe bag to make it a little more edgy but you can also wear it with a beautiful jeans, a lovely top and a classy clutch to make it more chic. I'm such a fun of this item. To inspire you I collected my favorite kimono-outfits so you can see different ways to wear it.

I personally love the last one the most, because it's a comfy-rocky-chic look if you know what I mean.

New in: GUESS Sandals

Hi loved-ones,

How was your weekend? Mine was great, I finally had some "fun-time" with my boyfriend and friends. Saturday-evening there was an event were all restaurants and bars made special food and sold it on the streets. Also there was this big big big flee-market that was taking place at night! It's super fun trying to find treasures in the night. Sunday we went to a free festival with these great Dutch Dj's and danced all day and had some relax-time in the park. So as you can read I had a lot of fun.. And I did some shopping too. I couldn't be more pleased because I scored these great GUESS sandals with discount! They are perfect for summer and they are made of suede which give them a classy look. The little gold G sign on the side is a super fun detail which I really like and they are so comfortable! And all of that for just €42,-.

CFDA Fashion Awards 2014

You probably already knew that the CFDA Fashion awards 2014 has taken place this week. Rihanna was all over the internet with her controversial outfit from designer Adam Selman. She was nominated for the Fashion Icon award which she won. But she wasn't the only one who got an award so I'm going to give you the list of the award winners from the CFDA Fashion Awards 2014 and the red carpet outfit of the winners! 

Womenswear Designer of the Year: Joseph Altuzarra for Altuzarra.

Menswear Designer of the Year: Maxwell Osborne and Dao-Yi Chow for Public School.

Accessories Designer of the Year: Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen for the Row.

Swarovski Award for Womenswear: Shane Gabier and Christopher Peters for Creatures of the Wind.

Swarovski Award for Menswear: Tim Coppens.

Swarovski Award for Accesories: Irene Neuwirth.

Geoffrey Beene Lifetime Achievement Award: Tom Ford.

International Award: Raf Simons.

The founder's award in honor of eleanor lambert: Bethann Hardison.

Board of Directors' Tribute: Ruth Finley.

Do you think these winners deserved the award that they got? I'm so happy that Joseph Altuzarra, Tom Ford, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen got an award. They definitely have a spot on my favorite 

designers-list.
